Students studying on hospitality courses at Hugh Baird College, have been given an opportunity of a lifetime by being invited to assist in the kitchens during one of the UK’s most famous culinary events, Obsession.

Obsession, is a 10-ten day annual food and wine festival held at Northcote, home of Michelin starred chef Nigel Haworth. The gastronomic celebration, which is Nigel’s brainchild and is now in its 15th year, showcases some of the UK and Europe’s most talented chef.

Spaces for all events sold out in under an hour thanks to an illustrious list of assembled chefs ready to serve up some truly spectacular dishes.

Students from Hugh Baird College’s L20 Hotel School, will work shoulder to shoulder in the kitchens of Northcote and will gain an unforgettable experience.
